Throughout the past 10 years Dispatcher Schwartz has been a calm, professional voice behind the radio, on the other end of the phone, and during countless incidents has excelled in his ability as a dispatcher. Yesterday, Schwartz was presented with a 10 year plaque and photographed here with Supervisor Berthel. On behalf of all, we thank Dispatcher Schwartz for his service here at Northwest.
