Public Education

Northwest Connecticut Public Safety Communications Center (NWCTPS) provides public safety education to groups interested in learning about how the towns we support receive calls, including 911 calls, in order for those in need to receive help from public safety responders and how those responders are dispatched or notified of the need for help.

PRESENTATIONS OR EVENT PARTICIPATION

Our public education staff will travel to your event and can provide displays, presentations, printed material, and a 911 call simulator.
