Board of Directors Announcement- Executive Director

Dear Colleagues, Chiefs and Town Representatives,

I am pleased to announce that the Board of Directors has appointed David Martin as the new Executive Director of Northwest Public Safety.

David brings his many years of experience as a leader in Emergency Services to his new role. He has had a career of over 30 years in the Waterbury Fire Department, 23 of those years in management positions culminating with the last 8 of those years as the Fire Chief.

David brings his expertise in budget development, management and labor relations. His valuable experience with non-profit organizations, community and civic leaders, work ethic, and dedication will be an asset to our company.

Effective July 1, 2019, David will assume his full-time responsibilities at Northwest Public Safety.
